Leadership Development
- Consistent development for leaders that reflects the values, culture and business needs of an organization is a powerful method for retaining leaders and enhancing their performance. Anne works with organizations to create development programs that provide assessment, coaching, and training to managers and executives.
- The typical engagement includes an assessment package that offers a comprehensive review of a leader’s approach to leading and managing others. The total time required of each participant to complete the assessment package is approximately 5-6 hours.
