EXECUTIVE TEAMS AND MANAGEMENT GROUPS
Reorganizing a business unit, introducing new systems or changing
processes requires careful planning and deliberate implementation. Anne
Offner consults to executive teams as they conceptualize and prepare
for changes that impact their organization. She brings tools to assess
change readiness, develop or identify strategy, plan and implement
communication, and assess employees as needed. Anne takes a practical,
business results approach to her work with client organizations.

EMPLOYEES AND LEADERS
CAREER COACHING
At various times in our careers we all find ourselves in situations
that are changing. Sometimes we ask ourselves if our careers are
developing in a way that best suits our needs. In these cases,
one-on-one coaching can assist individuals to identify strengths and
gaps in their careers. Anne provides coaching that involves a
comprehensive assessment as well as coaching to help clients identify a
direction for their careers. In some instances, coaching clients decide
to also participate in the Transitions Program.
THE TRANSITIONS PROGRAM
The Transitions Program was developed to provide a career-enhancing
service to adults seeking clarity in their career options. The
objective for the participant in this process is to explore the
influences and drivers of his or her career development along with
career options. Participants create a career development action plan to
begin moving toward best-fit option or options. Outcomes for
participants vary – in many cases the participant will identify action
steps to take in order to enhance his or her current job or career path
while in other cases a participant may identify a need to begin
planning for a career different from his or her current career path.

Leadership Development
Consistent development for leaders that reflects the values, culture
and business needs of an organization is a powerful method for
retaining leaders and enhancing their performance. Anne works with
organizations to create development programs that provide assessment,
coaching, and training to managers and executives.
The typical engagement includes an assessment package that gives
participants a comprehensive review of their approach to leading and
managing others. The total time required of each participant to
complete the assessment package is approximately five to six hours.
Coaching takes place over a six-month period during which participants
can talk with a Ph.D. level coach about their development plan,
progress on their plan, current day-to-day issues that they want to
handle more effectively in the workplace or other work-related issues.
Training modules are designed to meet the needs of the organization and
always involve exercises that are practical and experiential in nature.
Most of the programs incorporate mini-lectures by expert presenters or
business leaders with case studies, small group exercises and
“homework” assignments.
