Leadership Development

Consistent development for leaders that reflects the values, culture and business needs of an organization is a powerful method for retaining leaders and enhancing their performance. Anne works with organizations to create development programs that provide assessment, coaching, and training to managers and executives.
The typical engagement includes an assessment package that offers a comprehensive review of a leader’s approach to leading and managing others. The total time required of each participant to complete the assessment package is approximately 5-6 hours.
