Welcome Anne Offner is a Ph.D. level organization development consultant, leadership development expert and coach. She works with executives, managers and individuals. In every one of her consulting engagements, the need for change management in one form or another has been a constant. Anne believes that change can be embraced and used to the advantage of organizations. In her work with Change Management she consults to executive teams and business line management groups who want to ensure changes are implemented in a way that strategically enhances business results and engages employees in the change process. Anne also works with people seeking to make personal or career changes by providing career-enhancing services for employees and leaders who are experiencing change. These services include one-on-one coaching as well as a series of career development workshops called the Transitions Program. As an expert in Leadership Development, Anne assists organizations to build and implement comprehensive leadership development programs. She integrates change management principles into the design of these programs. Leadership Development services include leadership assessment and coaching, training sessions, and team building.
